A little more about me
In 2017, I began a transformative journey into the world of Nutritional Therapy and Naturopathy by obtaining a diploma from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London.
This step allowed me to unite my deep-rooted passion for people, science, and nutrition.
As a dedicated nutritional therapist, I bring to the table a unique, holistic approach founded on the principles of functional medicine and nutrition science. I carefully examine each individual's physical, emotional, and environmental circumstances, with an aim to uncover and address the root causes of health concerns rather than simply palliating symptoms.
Over the past six years, I've been a guide and a partner, steering private clients towards the path of optimal health and wellness. Each unique story and transformative journey has deepened my understanding of the human body and the nuanced relationship we have with food.
And now, as I'm further expanding my knowledge base through a BSc Degree program in Human Nutrition at St. Mary's University, I am even more equipped to support you on your journey towards enhanced well-being.
Our relationships with food are personal and complex, and my commitment to ongoing training and professional growth ensures that I am well-prepared to meet your unique needs. I work closely with you to devise tailored, practical strategies that will be sustainable for you in the long term.
But my approach goes beyond just providing advice. When you choose to work with a nutritionist, you aren't just booking a service, you are embarking on a journey towards improved health, and emotional well-being.
I invite you to take the first step towards a healthier, happier you today.
